This includes breakfast and lunch at the convention starting on 5/19, dinner celebration on 5/21, and dinner on 5/20. Philadelphia is “high cost” city per expense policy and the per diem rates of $18(breakfast)/$19(lunch)/$32(dinner) will apply to reimbursable meals.

Mileage to/from the airport in your home city will be covered, without a commute adjustment, along with overnight parking. Receipts for parking will be required.

If you need a travel advance, please send an email requesting a travel advance to advances@seiu1000.org and the team will send you a form to complete.
