A printing error on the ballot to choose CBURs from the IT classification says “Vote for 1.” The Local 1000 Elections Committee confirms that all Sacramento IT Unit 1 voters may vote for 3 candidates to fill 3 positions.
You can use your existing ballot and vote for 3. Up to 3 votes will be counted.
OR … if you’ve already voted for a single CBUR Sacramento IT candidate, and mailed your completed ballot, you may request a replacement ballot to vote for 3 candidates. Replacement ballots will replace your original ballot and should not be used to supplement your original ballot.
Requests for replacement ballot packages can be made by calling the SEIU Local 1000 Member Resource Center (MRC) at (866) 471-7348, beginning on April 22, 2024, through 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2024. Replacement requests will not be taken outside of these times.
