Your right to salary increases
Your union contract contains hundreds of provisions designed to protect your rights.
Article 11 defines wage increases, bonuses, timely payment of wages, differentials for working nights, utilizing bilingual skills, out-of-state assignments and other pay issues.

  • Employees will receive a salary increase equal to the total percentage change in the CPI for the twelve month period from April 2006 through March 2007 on July 1, 2007. The total percentage will be 3.4 percent.

  • The July 1, 2007 salary increase will appear on the first pay check after the state budget is passed.

  • Employees received a general salary increase of 3.5% on July 1, 2006
     
  • Employees on payroll on June 30, 2006 received a onetime $1,000 bonus.
